NOTICE TO ALL UNILAG DLI GRADUANDS
Congratulations to you all once again for the success of your convocation and graduation celebration. Greater heights and achievements awaits you all.
Kindly read carefully to the end, the process for CLEARANCE and other vital info…
PROCESS FOR CLEARANCE
1. Print out your Year 1 to Year 5 or year 6 Receipts
2. Take 2 Passports along with you
3. Take the receipts to DLI Front Desk (at DLI reception) and you’ll be given the clearance form
4. The offices to visit for clearance include
Module Store, Accounts Office, Department Office, Library and Records Office.
Note that all these offices are in DLI.
5. When you are cleared from all the offices, go to the records office to submit the clearance form attached with a copy of your remita receipt (that is the receipt for the payment for convocation).
From information gathered, please note that certificate will be ready for collection in a month time.
Note: It is also advised that for those who want to go for Masters in UNILAG, print out all your results, academic profile, biodata and keep them safe because the matric number you have now will be the same you will use in the Masters Programme, BUT once you are logged in as a Masters student, you will no longer have access to your Bsc Undergraduate profile. Please do as told to avoid unnecessary hassles and troubles in the future.
