Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
Monthly reconciliation Account analyses & reports Continuing to improve the payment process Invoicing of Engineering Good Inwards
Note Invoicing of local raw & packing materials and other local purchases.
Posting of Repairs and Services and Non-LPO invoices
Prepare Bank Payment Voucher and payment advice
Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing (fund in/out)
Paying vendors by scheduling pay and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
Matching of Vendors’ invoices with Purchase Order(PO) and Good Inward
Note(GIN) and Job Completion form
Ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner,
complying with all Standard Operation Procedures.
Qualification/Skills/Experience (IPE Factor: Knowledge)
Qualification:
Minimum University Degree or equivalent in Accountancy or related field. Student membership of relevant professional body ICAN, ACCA will be an added advantage.
Skills:
I.T skills: Microsoft office tools Ability to handle confidential information Good numeracy skills, attention to detail
and accuracy
Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise work to meet objectives and identify and deal with problems
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Job Title: Quality Control Coordinator
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
Ensures Food Safety & Conformity of all products delivered to the market Provides methodology, procedures & results to validate the plant processes Defines the sampling plans of all raws, packs, intermediate and finished products
Provides Quality & Production teams with relevant QC data and trends to drive quality
Participate in both internal audit program and external audits
Ensure & execute timely regular production floor support
Support to assure verification on finished products analysis
Plan & execute required regular personnel & plant hygiene audit
Support continuous improvement of quality metric/KPI Laboratory efficiency
Support ISO 22000 operations in attaining fan milk quality standard
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of Laboratory equipment to support credibility of results
Provides technical support and expertise in quality related problem solving and to risk analysis groups
Deliver quality laboratory services to the factory (Production and Processing) and Research & Development departments
Optimise the Laboratory in its four dimensions: efficiency (speed), analytical performance, expertise/skills (training) and cost
Ensure that all analyses results are properly captured, documented and reported, in the appropriate formats and within required timings.
Ensure that the right analysis (method and sampling plans) are performed to the product, raw materials and packaging
materials to guarantee product and process safety and conformity
Qualifications/Skills/Experience

The Qualified Applicant possesses the following Background:
HND/B.Sc in Food Tech, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry with other related fields preferred with at least 7 years’ cognizant experience in a food industry
Possession of M.Sc in related field and knowledge in FSMS will be an added advantage
Good communication Skill to follow through both the up and downstream in the organization.
Possesses active will to achieving set goals and promoting strong team spirit with the team members across the organization.
Attention to Detail and ability to deal with Complexity & process improvement.
Ability to work with time to achieve set goals.
Job Title: Quality Control Officer
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
Floor Support: Support investigation or improvement process Support to assure Water Quality for product processing Support verification of finished products Support assessment of equipment efficiency Support to assure laboratory efficiency Plant & personnel hygiene Sanitation
Audit
Carry out company policy on all required Good Manufacturing Practices
Food Safety requirements & escalate
Food safety findings or incidents
Support improvement initiatives within & outside the factory
Support the compliance for ISO 22000
Raw materials, packing materials inspection analysis & documentation as specified in ISO 22000 Quality manual file
Monitoring of in-process relating inspection, finished products analysis & documentation as specified in ISO 22000
Quality manual file.
Perform a variety of standard microbiological, chemical, physical or sensory testing as specified in ISO 22000 Quality manual file.
Maintaining daily/weekly logs & data records associated with job function (non-conforming materials/analysis correction action log, on hold logs & net content files etc) as specified in the ISO 22000 Quality manual file.
